Kids Class

Classes:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 4:00-4:30 PM and 5:00-5:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 5:00-6:00 PM (Conditioning)
  • Saturday: 12:00-4:00 PM (Open gym)

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 4:40-5:20 PM
  • Wednesday: 5:00-6:00 PM (Conditioning)
  • Saturday: 12:00-4:00 PM (Open gym)

Adult Class

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your technique, this class emphasizes fitness, skill development, and the fundamentals of boxing.

 

Classes:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:00-8:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 6:00-8:00 PM (Conditioning)
  • Saturday: 12:00-4:00 PM (Open gym)

Competition Team

Train like a pro with intense conditioning, strategy-focused sparring, and advanced techniques. This class is for those aiming to compete or push their boxing to the highest level.

  • Wednesday: 6:00-8:00 PM (Conditioning)

Neurological Class

Designed to improve motor skills, coordination, and overall neurological health, this class is perfect for those seeking the therapeutic and skill-building benefits through boxing.

 

Classes:

  • Monday to Friday- 12:00-1:00 PM

Self-Defense Class

Master practical self-defense techniques rooted in Filipino Martial Arts. Learn how to defend yourself using situational awareness, striking, and weapon-based techniques. Build confidence and skills for real-world scenarios!
